- Our Babe Ruth little league team, the Arlington Place Pirates, stormed the field for the first game of the season. Even though you’re not supposed to keep score, they crossed home plate about a dozen more times than their opponent 😉
- Trailer of pine straw delivered and temporarily located on Lily Pond Lane cul-de-sac. Straw will be laid in the common areas over the next few weeks and the trailer will then be removed.
- Sport court replacements ordered: basketballs, volleyball, volleyball net & an outdoor storage box for sport equipment.
- New Pet Policy finalized, see the doc HERE. It will also be posted in the OWNER section of ArlingtonPlace.com in the document library.
- Advisory Committee meeting held on the 13th. Minutes found HERE.
- Down trees removed and cleaned from the beach area.
- Team AP represents at the Oriental Chowder Cookoff. Huge thank you to chef Terri and soux chef’s Rock and Brian! It was delicious and the winner of the Bacon, Bacon, Bacon award! - Welcome to the neighborhood Dave & Penny Stormont. The Stormonts are now the owners of homesite #278 on Mill Creek. We can’t WAIT to see the cute creek cottage they build!
- The March Madness Neighbor vs Neighbor bracket challenge is BACK! Stay tuned to Hootboard for updates and may the best guesser win!
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the Spinnaker Cottage on lot 40 at the end of Chickory Lane.
- 10 more aqua replacement lounger slings ordered.
- Road reflectors ordered to be installed down Mill Creek Drive for better nighttime visibility.
- Reserve Study proposal received from Association Reserves and the proposal was approved by the Advisory Committee and the POA Board.

- Quotes received for replacement of the laterals and sand in the pool filters. We have 4 large pool filters, each with 250 lbs of sand so this is a big project but without it, sand escapes the filters and will settle on the bottom of the pool.
- 4 new pool tables and 12 new pool chairs purchased for the clubhouse.
- 5 kayaks are being repaired.
