  • Congrats to our March Madness Neighbor vs Neighbor winners!  Cali won big time picking the final game perfectly, TX Tech vs UVA with UVA taking the title.  Harvey came in 2nd, Joe in 3rd and Ron and Bob tied for 20th 😉
  • New umbrellas ordered for pool deck
  • Pinestraw and spring landscaping throughout the neighborhood
  • Homesite #37 goes under contract
  • 12 new pool chairs and 4 new tables ordered.  Older black tables were sprayed with rustoleum and look good as new!
  • Shade sails hung at the pool
  • Good to be Home and 21 Above marketing campaigns launched
  • New arlingtonplace.com homepage launched: check it out HERE
  • Easter egg hunts hosted at the park in Burton Village, check out the video.
  • Pool de-winterized and furniture is set up on the pool deck

  • Old farm culvert failed on the road to the beach and was filled in.
  • Road reflectors were delivered to be installed (in May) down Mill Creek Drive for better night visibility.
  • Shelving and hooks added clubhouse closet to house equipment and defibrillator.  If use of the defibrillator is ever needed, just open the unit and follow the directions, it will talk you through it.  Code to closet door is 8875, same at the front door code.
  • New life vests and kayak oars are now at the Outfitter’s Center.  5 kayaks were repaired and now in good shape.
  • Total Land Co. starts trucking dirt from the lake site to the right of Pintail Drive to the neighborhood of Windmill Point for their shoreline stabilization.
  • Bye bye pollen!  The clubhouse, gazebo, and outfitter’s center are pressure-washed.
  • Homesite #147 goes under contract
  • We will be scheduling a beach clean up day sometime in the next few weeks, details posted on Hootboard.  All helping hands are invited and appreciated!

  • Pool passes inspection…the pool looks awesome and is now OPEN for the season…chilly, but open!
