- Welcome to the neighborhood, Scott, Christie and Ian Hanson. The Hanson Family will be building their new home on homesite 37 on Chickory Lane.

- We welcome Jimmy and Kim Nay to the neighborhood. The Nay’s are the new owners of homesite 147.

- Site prep begins on riverfront homesite #381. We cannot wait to see the beautiful Homme home under construction!
- Site prep begins on homesite #209. Willy and Natalie got to spend some time here this winter but they will have official roots on Brightleaf Drive next year!
- Homesite #199 goes under contract.
- When you leave the pool please lock gates and put down your umbrellas. We have already had to replace 2 brand new umbrellas that have been left up in the wind. These instructions will be given to the renters as well.
- Pool gate keys have been given out to all owners. Since the template is a custom size, they are $5 each. First key is free but if you loose it and need a replacement, they are $5. New keys are on order.
- When you leave the clubhouse, please lock doors and turn off lights. AC set to 77.
- Meetings with reps from Cherry Point to discuss monthly military appreciation days in AP.
- The road reflectors will now be installed down Mill Creek Drive in June.
- Owner beach clean up day held on Friday, May 17th. Thanks to the owners that showed up with their muscles and enthusiasm! We were able to clean up the entire length of the bulkhead. There is a great area that still needs some TLC where the bulkhead ends (looking towards the ferry). Feel free to rake or pile rocks whenever you can!
- Rock delivered and spread to fill in potholes on the beach road.
- Areas of future development platted out by Quible Engineering.
