- Homesite #42 goes under contract
- Welcome to the neighborhood Ed & Shelia Graziano! The Graziano family are the new owners of homesite 199 on Brightleaf Drive.
- Big congrats to the Arlington Place Pirates (Babe Ruth 6U team) on another awesome season. These fellas and their coaches worked so hard and dominated (even though you’re not supposed to keep score). We’re so proud of how they played on the field and the good sports they were off the field!
- Homesite #207 goes under contract
- AP signs on to be a sponsor for the “Boiling Good Time” event featuring Bryan Mayer, a fundraiser for the Partnership for Pamlico Children. Event date is Sept 6th, 2019.
- Welcome to the neighborhood David and Linda Spencer who now own homesite #155 on Burton Farm Drive.
- The annual neighborhood July 4th party will be held on the actual 4th this year at the clubhouse at 4:00. Please RSVP to peyton@arlingtonplace.com with the number attending and the pot luck dish you will be bringing and BYOB. (Pretty sure we’ll have enough desserts based on the list we have so far!)
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the new custom home at 36 Pintail Drive
- Reflectors installed down Mill Creek Drive per owner requests

- Welcome to the neighborhood, Dave & Malinda Falardeau! Dave and Malinda are making the big move from New Bern to AP and will be building their new home on lot #4 on Azalea Court soon!
