- Construction permits received for new homes on lots 84, 133, 267 and 342.

- Welcome to the neighborhood Kevin & Suzie McGarrigle. The McGarrigles are the new owners of homesite 133 on Mill Creek Drive.
- We had requested that the Town of Minnesott Beach take over ownership of Burton Farm Road before the gates so we could install necessary safety signage and reflectors. At the October Planning Board meeting, members were not agreeable to this request and the request was withdrawn. Burton Farm Road before the gates will remain “state maintained”.
- Pool is CLOSED for the season… it got chilly fast!
- Arlington Place hosts the Halloween ‘Night of Lights’ with Arapahoe Charter School on October 19th.
- The Beacon on the AP riverfront is featured in this year’s Parade of Homes and WON their category, WON for best open concept, and WON BEST IN SHOW for the whole Parade! Congrats to Kim and team from Coastal Heritage Construction.
- Homesite 342 closes on Pintail Drive and will be the new site for the Southern Comfort model home.
- Arlington Place participates in the annual Oriental Chili Cookoff and WON 1st place People’s Choice! Thanks to all that participated, especially Diane, Rock, Sue and Pam for their culinary and serving skills.
- Street light install has been delayed because the light posts are on back-order. They hope to have them soon and will schedule install ASAP.
- Homesite 192 sold and closed.
