  • Mark your calendars, the annual AP Oyster Roast will be held on Sunday, December 15th @ 4:00.  Details will be posted on Hootboard.
  • Homesite #361 on South Brightleaf Drive goes under contract.
  • Security cameras installed at the gate house.
  • Onsite reserve study conducted on neighborhood roads and amenities by Association Reserves.  The study will map out 30 years of potential neighborhood expenses, which will help the AP POA better plan for the future.
  • Homesite #267 on Burton Farm Drive sold and closed.
  • The Boddie-Noell Foundation, on behalf of Arlington Place, makes a donation to the Camp Seafarer day camp program for local children.
  • A few of you have asked about the kiddos running around in the park with the gazebo.  We have been hosting soccer practice for the 6U Pamlico ‘Strikers’ that Blair is coaching.  Thanks to those of you who came out to watch!
  • Construction begins on the Carolina Capehouse model home on lot 84.
  • The next Advisory Committee meeting is scheduled for December 4th.  Please email an Advisory Committee member if you would like anything added to the agenda.  Email addresses found HERE.
  • Homesite #243 on Golden Fern Lane goes under contract.
  • 2020 marketing plan presented by Circle Squared Publishing.  We’re excited to sign on with them again and build upon the marketing they have established over the last few years.  They have some neat stuff planned for 2020, stay tuned…
  • Construction begins on The Brynnview, the soon-to-be McGarrigle residence on Mill Creek Drive.
  • The last wine club of the year will be held at the Sizemore residence on December 3rd at 6:00.  Details will be posted on Hootboard.  Looks like it’s going to be a good crowd…thanks for hosting Ellen!
  • Construction begins on the Southern Comfort model home on Pintail Drive.
  • 2020 AP POA budgets drafted.
  • Reimbursement checks received for the clubhouse damages caused by vandals last summer.
  • Onsite meetings with CAMA officials to resolve dock permitting requirements on Mill Creek.
