- Mark your calendars: we would still like to make our rounds with the kiddos on Halloween this year, Saturday October 31st. Yes, it will look a bit different than previous years and we will work through the logistics of providing a safe Halloween event for the kids and kids at heart. If you will be out of town or prefer not to participate due to covid, please email becca@arlingtonplace.com.

- NC Governor moves to Phase 2.5. The clubhouse, fitness room and playground are now open at a limited capacity of 30%.

- the clubhouse will be frequently sanitized and we recommend taking personal precaution as well, please follow posted instructions
- Reminder: the pool is still under the following guidelines:
- pool furniture removed, bring your own chairs
- designated entry (middle) and exit (side) gates
- owners and guest must sign waiver before amenity use
- read and follow rules on posted signage
- Pool will likely be closed early October, depending on the weather
- New welcome center sign installed
- The office remains open staffed with one person daily. We ask that you call, text or email when possible.
