  • The Bellamy Way model home on Golden Fern Lane goes under contract.
  • Homesite #9 goes under contract.
  • Stroud Custom homes breaks ground on ‘Rest-a-Shore’ on homesite #386.
  • Certificate of Occupancy received for the Heritage Cottage model home on South Brightleaf Drive.
  • Homesites #314 and #315 on Sailmaker Loop go under contract.
  • 2021 vendor contracts drafted.
  • Homesite #365 goes under contract.
  • Proposals for new street signs received: creative, fabrication, hardware, installation.  Project to be a shared developer/POA expense.
  • 2021 AP POA budgets presented.
  • Open space easements prepped for homesites needing more room for septic and/or repair systems.
  • Advisory Committee meeting held on November 19th at the Burton Village Clubhouse.  Meeting minutes found HERE.
  • The clubhouse, fitness room and playground are open at a limited capacity of 30%
    • please bring your own sanitizing wipes to the fitness center and wipe down equipment before and after use
    • events and/or large gatherings are not permitted
    • clubhouse door code is 8875
    • the clubhouse will be frequently sanitized and we recommend taking personal precaution as well, please follow posted instructions
  • Pickleball will be played most mornings on the tennis courts at 9am.
  • Building permits submitted for homesites 317, 206, 365, 29, 109 and 9.
  • New furniture ordered for clubhouse.
  • Unfortunately, we are cancelling our annual Oyster Roast this year due to Covid-19.  We hope to carry on this well loved tradition in 2021!
