- Welcome to the neighborhood Tom and Mary Beth! They are busy moving into their brand new home on Brightleaf Drive.
- Street sign project approved. All street signs will be replaced throughout the neighborhood in early 2021.

- ANNUAL POA MEETING: With large gatherings no longer possible, our 2021 plans have changed to a virtual presentation sent via email or mail by request.
- Initial meeting packages announcing the meeting, proposed budget, and agenda will be mailed and emailed from Seaside Management as they are every year.
- A second email will be sent from AP to all owners asking for material delivery preference for the actual meeting presentation (handouts): choices are printed and sent in the mail, mailed on a preloaded USB, or emailed electronically.
- Owners are to submit questions ahead of time so they can be addressed as needed in the meeting handouts.
- The clubhouse, fitness room and playground are open at a limited capacity of 30%
- please bring your own sanitizing wipes to the fitness center and wipe down equipment before and after use
- events and/or large gatherings are not permitted

- the clubhouse will be frequently sanitized and we recommend taking personal precaution as well, please follow posted instructions
