- We are planning to switch the neighborhood message board to NextDoor.com, but make it specific to Arlington Place and not the area. We think this platform will be easier to use and therefore, more effective. For now we are still using Hootboard until we make that transition. Stay tuned for details.

- please bring your own sanitizing wipes to the fitness center and wipe down equipment before and after use

- the clubhouse will be frequently sanitized and we recommend taking personal precaution as well, please follow posted instructions
