- Mark your calendars… Sunday October 24th at 3:00 is a Pool Party for the Pooches🐾 Finally they get their turn to jump on in! The Burton Village pool will officially close (for humans) the week prior and some neighbors had the great idea to let the dogs have a little fun. Bring the pups and bring whatever snacks and drinks you’d like!
- Mark you calendars… Saturday October 30th at 5:00 is our annual Halloween trick or treat through the neighborhood👻 We will be riding through Burton Village first (lots 1-138) then heading down to the river area (lots 139-408). If you don’t wish to participate or you will be out of town, message us at frontdesk@arlingtonplace.com.

- Welcome to the neighborhood to the Matthews family. The Matthews are the new owners of the Tight Lines Cottage at the end of Mill Creek Drive.
- The lake on Pintail Drive is now under construction, Bobby and team at Cahoon Marine Construction are making quick work of this new amenity that should be complete by December.

- New street signs installed throughout the neighborhood. Stop and yield signs will be installed shortly. As previously mentioned, we have had to increase the size and location of the traffic signs to bring the neighborhood signage up to compliance. No, we are not fans of how big they have to be… yes, it is necessary.

- Dealing with Century Link for our internet service has never been something we look forward to. Fiber (we have fiber optic cable in AP) accounts are now being switched to Quantum Fiber, Q.com. Q.com is still affiliated with Century Link in some capacity. There is a backlog of address input for new construction, but once that is taken care of we hope the service will be streamlined. Here is a message from Bill Cresswell who had a recent experience with Quantum (also posted on NextDoor.com): LINK

- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.
- AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
