- It was a busy month for putting the finishing touches on 4 beautiful homes. Certificates of Occupancy for homes received on homesites 11, 42, 122 and 306!
- UPDATE: PARTY MOVED TO MONDAY 4-7! We hope to see everyone at the annual neighborhood July 4th pool party… but this year since the 4th is on a Monday, we will have the party on Sunday July 3rd from 4-7 at the clubhouse. Brant Island Strings will be playing! For those of you who are new, we get BBQ from Gary’s and do the rest pot-luck style. So please bring a dish to share and whatever you’d like to drink. If you’re not comfortable doing pot-luck because of covid that’s totally understandable, just bring whatever you’d like, sharing not required 🙂 See you on the 3rd to celebrate the 4th🎇

- Welcome to the neighborhood Jeff & Sandra! The Bensons are the new owners of Homesites 155 & 156 on Burton Farm Drive.
- Owner requested signs installed throughout the neighborhood.
- Welcome to the neighborhood to the Caraway Family who are settling in nicely to their beautiful home on Dragonfly Circle… that porch😍 Awesome job by Corey Harrison Construction.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Brandon & Amanda! The Thompsons are the new owners of homesite 146 on Burton Farm Drive.
- Welcome to the neighborhood David & Mary! The Browns are the new owners of Homesites 395 & 396 on Brightleaf Drive.
- We have to officially welcome Mark & Darla to the neighborhood. They bought their house on Sailmaker Loop a few months ago but are now joining us full time!
- The Harrisons come in second place for the shortest distance moved… Corey, Heather and Carver (and Pearl🐾) are busy moving into their beautiful new home by the tennis courts, Dixieland Delight!
- Leak repaired at Pintail Lake… who knew we had old clay drainage pipes underground from when AP was farmland!
- The Fudala family already has property in AP but they are also now the new owners of The Palmer on Chicory Lane. We can’t wait to see what they build next!
- Welcome to the neighborhood Gary & Erin! The Wintersteins are the new owners of the charming Southern Charm home on Mill Creek Drive.
- Homes currently under construction on homesites: 71, 76, 106, 129, 336, 355, 356, and 357
- DAY DOCKS: I have been talking to Bob Whitman (dockmaster😉) and we thought it best to send out reminders about the docks with July 4th and a busy boating summer coming up. We could be at capacity on beautiful boating days. Let’s all have common courtesy so everyone can use this awesome amenity.
- If at capacity, please remove your boat at least every two days.
- If you are out on the river and coming back, put a bucket on the piling of the slip.
- Only use YOUR ropes!
- Park at an angle or across the street and don’t block anyone in!
- You do not own the docks/slips, they are ‘day’ docks to be enjoyed by all.
- Bob is often at the docks and can answer questions on slip usage or parking.
- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event. Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR.
- PICKLEBALL: will be played this month on the tennis courts, weather permitting. Have questions or want to join? Email Dennis: dgbalsly@msn.com
- AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
