- 🏀🏀Congrats to our official March Madness winners🏀🏀 Payouts were given for the top 3 plus 20th place… just to keep it interesting. Penny Wilson reigned supreme with her spot-on picks throughout the whole tournament. Evie came in 2nd, Tammy Z. came in 3rd, and Sean came in 20th. Better luck next year to the rest of us!

- The Spring Town Clean for Minnesott Beach is on May 2nd and 3rd. Place bulk trash curbside no later than 7am on Thursday♻
- Bobby and crew at Cahoon Construction are making quick work of the “Mini-Pin” lake on the right side of Pintail Drive. When they are finished digging, the well will be installed and it will take another month or so to fill.
- Who wants to be in our neighborhood video? We plan to shoot a lifestyle video in May and would love some AP crew cameos! Walking dogs, riding bikes, kayaking, boating, etc. Email becca@arlingtonplace.com.

- We are busy prepping the pool for the season. We hope to have it inspected and open early May.

- IT TAKES A VILLAGE: AP is HUGE and we can’t be everywhere at once. We often get messages about minor issues and would love if neighbors could help out with the little stuff. So many of you are already doing this and we appreciate it more than you know, but we’d love everyone to pitch in. Of course, there are many things that we’d never ask/expect you to take care of and for those things, an email can be sent to an Advisory Committee member. Thanks in advance!!!
- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event. Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR.  Event form can be found in the document library in the owner section.
