- Welcome to the neighborhood, Susan Remboski, new owner of the Castaway Cottage at 797 Mill Creek Drive.
- Arlington Place hosts the 2nd Annual Arlington Place Triathlon and Sprint Triathlon on our riverfront, a couple hundred participants and spectators attended the event.
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Brian & Shannon Ellenberg, new owners of the 4 E’s Outfitter’s Cottage at 999B Mill Creek Drive.
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Herb & Darlene Willis, new owners of homesite 74 on Willow Cove Lane.

- The Fujimgari’s move into their temporary new residence on Mill Creek Drive while they are building on lot 60.
- Pool is de-winterized, inspected, and permitted for the 2015 season

- Area for boat ramp surveyed and engineered and submitted to CAMA
- Developer approves funding for Express Review to “fast-track” the boat ramp permit
- Plan revision for addition of boat ramp prepped, no storm water permit required
- Clarification from Pamlico Environmental Health on septic permits: septic permits for unimproved lots due to expire Oct. 2015. Dept suggests that individual owners renew when they are ready to build because state now requires a survey of the house location to issue septic permit. Any questions, call Becca.
