February 2017 Neighborhood Update
- Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for March 14th. Please submit any questions you have to an AC member. Email addresses are posted in the Community Contacts section.
- Welcome neighbors! Congratulations to Rock Rockwell and Diane Lemieux who got their Certificate of Occupancy and moved into their beautiful new home on Wild Cherry Lane.
- Homes throughout Arlington Place will be featured in the 2017 Parade of Homes scheduled for April 22, 23, 29 and 30, noon-5:00. Tour magazines will be available at the office in April.

- Trees, bushes and grasses cut back throughout the neighborhood.
- HOA dues invoices and annual meeting minutes were mailed out to owners. Please notify peyton@arlingtonplace.com if you did not receive this in the mail.
- Meeting with Quible Engineering to discuss options for future amenities.
- Arlington Place signs on to be pit-stop #1 for the Cycle NC Spring Ride which will bring 1500+ cyclists to our area! Looking for volunteers for April 28th and 30th, email peyton@arlingtonplace.com.
- Homesite #381 goes under contract.
- Arlington Place named as the host site for the Mariner 5K to be held on May 13th which will benefit the Pamlico Christian Academy.
- New AP postcards, print campaign and flyers are designed and approved.
- Meeting with Cahoon construction about locations and bids for future amenities.
