- Owner lot signs ordered to replace damaged ones and for new owners
- Quible engineering proposal approved for lake engineering. Permits should take 4 months.

- Annual HOA Meeting packages mailed to owners
- Joe and Camille Zambito are the new owners of homesite 288 and we’re excited that they will be building very soon!
- The beautiful new Raggio residence is officially underway on Golden Fern Lane.
- Zaytoun-Raines Construction out of New Bern is now a Signature Builder at Arlington Place
- Homesite 288 prepped and ready for construction
- Meeting to plan the 2017 social calendar. Calendar of events to be posted soon!
- Final edits submitted for new desktop and mobile website. The new and improved Arlingtonplace.com should be live in February.
- Arlington Place joins Minnesott Golf & Country Club as a corporate member.
- Arlington Place signs on as a 2017 Special Event Sponsor for MG&CC.
- A well attended realtor CE was held at the clubhouse January 16th and 17th.
