December 2016 Community Update
- Annual Neighborhood Oyster Roast held on December 11th….what a great time we all had with friends and neighbors!
- Proposal from Quible engineering on detailed plans and permits for lake construction.
- Neighborhood presentations to local real estate offices.
- The Meridian Cottage closes and new owners Mike and Connie King are settling in nicely…we’re happy to have them here!
- Winter under brushing continues.
- Annual AP HOA meeting scheduled for Friday, January 27th at 4:30. Meet and Greet first followed by the meeting. Be on the look out for meeting packages that will be sent both via mail and email.
- Lot #61, 948 Mill Creek Drive, is now sold and closed.
- Contracts signed with 2017 property vendors.
- 2017 Marketing budget approved with NDG Communications.
- Redesign of website presented and edited….plans to be live in January.
- “Save the date” email sent from Seaside Management to owners for the Annual HOA meeting.
- Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for January 5th
- Preliminary 2017 HOA budget prepped.
- Realtor continuing education scheduled at the clubhouse for January 16th and 17th.
