- Boat ramp keys cut and available at the office for owners to pick up when they sign the ramp liability waiver.

- Outdoor furniture ordered for boat ramp area.
- Fall underbrushing continues.
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Kim Willis….new owner of homesite 84 on Wild Swan Lane!
- Homesite #61 goes under contract.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Mike & Connie King, soon to be owners of the Meridian Cottage at 308 Wild Swan Lane.
- Construction begins on 3 new Outfitter’s Cottages on homesite 62.
- Welcome to AP Broughton Family! They will be living in the Royal Manor home while the build their new house on lot 166.
- The Blisswood Cottage goes under contract.
- Arlington Place signs up to be a pit-stop site for the 2017 Cycle NC Spring Ride.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Jim & Pam Ross and Christine & Charlotte May. So far, they’re loving their new address on West Point Court!
- Don’t forget about the Annual AP Oyster Roast! This year it will be on Sunday, December 11th at 4:00 at the clubhouse. We’ll provide the oysters and the rest will be pot-luck and BYOB.
