October 2016 Neighborhood Update
- Hurricane Matthew blows through the coast. Arlington Place was mostly unaffected, a few down trees and we lost power for a few hours.
- Riverfront dock is complete and ready for neighbors to enjoy
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the new custom home on 117 Sailmaker Loop, welcome HOME Lore’s!
- Boat Ramp Waiver finalized by attorney and ready for owners and renters to sign.
- Drainage system and concrete added to the new boat ramp. Boat ramp is now complete and ready for neighbors to use.
- New boat ramp and park signage installed
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the Scanlon Family’s new home at 144 Wild Swan Lane!
- Homesite #20 on Lilly Pond Lane goes under contract
- Beach and property clean up after Hurricane Matthew
- NDG Communications visits to present 2017 marketing plan and budgets
- Homesite #84 on Wild Swan Lane goes under contract
- Building and zoning permits received for the new Outfitter’s Cottages on lot 62, construction to begin early November.
- The Meridian Cottage, at 108 Wild Swan Lane goes under contract
- Clearing starts on lot 166 for a new custom home for the Broughton Family

- 2017 property and landscaping bids submitted
