March 2016 Community Update
- New boardwalk constructed over marsh area. Entrance on Burton Village side is down Willow Cove Lane, between lots 77 and 78 and entrance on riverfront side is off of Palm
- Court, between lots 196 and 197.
- The future home of Glenn & Rose Lore breaks ground on homesite 309 with Stroud Custom Homes.
- Estimate for riverfront beach clean up, tree removal and bridge approved. Turnage Construction is the contractor. CAMA permits applied for.
- Homesite 102 surveyed and cleared for construction of the Scanlon Residence.
- The Blisswood Cottage model breaks ground on homesite 274.
- The Fujimagari Residence is complete, Certificate of Occupancy received.
- New billboard contracts signed. New billboard creative approved, new vinyls fabricated.
- Estimate to rock entrance back to storage area is received and approved.
- The Lang residence breaks ground on homesite 293.
- New mobile landing page for ArlingtonPlace.com is launched.
- Soil errosion and sedimentation control plan prepped by Quible Engineering for Phase 2 lakes.
- Construction of new trails begins.
- Congratulations to Mr. Commissioner, Kenny Heath! Kenny won re-election for Pamlico County Commissioner, District 5.
- Yak-a-launcher repaired and ready to use at Outfitter’s Center docks.
- NCDEQ begins vegitation study (earlier than expected) at future boat ramp location.
- Additional landscaping bids recieved and approved.
- New floor plan designed for the last three Outfitter’s Cottages. Plan to be released/advertised/bid in June and pre-sale contracts taken this summer, construction to begin in September.
- New seasonal Community Magazine created highlighting lifestyle at Arlington Place.
