May 2014 Community Update
- Certificate of Occupancy recieved for 999B Mill Creek Drive, Outfitters Cottage B
- Burton Village pool dewinterized
- pool passes inspection and OPEN for the season
- summer landscaping throughout neighborhood
- entry gates installed at gate house and Burton Village entrance
- Inner Banks Vacations owner meetings, IBXV expected to be launched July 2014
- water aerobics starts at the clubhouse/pool
- Pamlico Youth Triathlon team starts practice in neighborhood
- Outfitters Cottage B furnished and has first guests….now almost booked through August!
- developer and owner lots start to be underbrushed
- HOA Board meeting scheduled for June 5th, 9:00 clubhouse
- Arlington Place sponsors Pamlico Community College golf tournament and Pamlico Partnership for Youth Mad Hatter Ball
