  • Welcome to the neighborhood, Greg, Tanya Gavin & Cohen Thompson. The Thompson family is the new owners of the Brackish Outfitter’s Cottage, 994B Mill Creek Drive.
  • ArlingtonPlace.com website updated, new pages added.
  • Arlington Place marketing firm, NDG Communications, makes on-site visit, submits proposals for 2016, and are contracted for 2016 community marketing.
  • Permits for new design of community boat ramp applied for.
  • Homesite 293 goes under contract.
  • Neighborhood pig pick’n pot luck held at the clubhouse on the 25th.
  • 2016 BNE Land & Development budget meeting and proposals approved.
  • Homesite 157 goes under contract.
  • The Tight Lines Outfitter’s Cottage goes under contract.
  • New model floor plans bid out to Signature Builders.
  • Homesite 129 goes under contract.
  • Arlington Place sponsors the Pamlico Trout Fishing Tournament on October 31st.
