- boat ramp on Mill Creek excavated, graded, bulkheaded, landscaped, rocked and completed.

- Certificate of Occupancy issued for 924 W Burton Farm Drive, welcome home Langs
- neighborhood beach clean and breakfast up at the riverfront park
- Certificate of Occupancy issued for 53 West Point Court, the Blisswood Cottage model
- new Outfitter’s Cottage unit A goes under contract
- Arlington Place hosts 3rd annual AP Triathlon and Sprint Tri
- new landscaping at the riverfront park
- fire pit and benches built at riverfront park
- Gazebo repaired at the riverfront park
- fall underbrushing begins in the field areas
- Boat ramp liability waiver ready, to be signed by all owners and renters that plan on using the boat ramp. Email with details to be sent to owners soon.
- CAMA permit issued for dock to be constructed on riverfront homesite 381
- Zoning application submitted for new Outfitter’s Cottages on lot 62
- Construction starts on riverfront dock. Dock will be a temporary amenity for owners until homesite 381 is sold.
- More plans for new construction homes submitted and approved by the ARC
