- Open house marketing campaign throughout the month – 3 local papers, Raleigh News and Observer online, Home of the Week, TownDock.net, 3000 direct mail, 2000 flyers distributed locally
- Certificate of Occupancy on the Beaufort Cottage
- The Beaufort Cottage judged for the Parade of Homes
- AP sponsors a Babe Ruth Little League team, the Arlington Place Fireflys
- Resale display in the Sales Center
- Entrance banners installed
- Spring landscaping completed
- Pool de-winterized and prepped for inspection
- A couple hundred visitors on site for the Open Houses/Parde of Homes/National Open House weekend
- Arlington Place listings active on ListHub.com linking us to Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Realtor.com and a dozen other major home sale websites.
- Beaufort Cottage awarded 1st place for the Parade of Homes
