April 2017 Neighborhood Update
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Sean & Molly Ostmann, new owners of homesite 206!
- New pool parts installed to bring us up to compliance with 2017 codes
- Arlington Place participates in the 2017 Parade of Homes
- Certificate of Occupancy recieved for 956C Mill Creek Drive, the Creekside Cottage.
- The Carolina Cottage and the new Outfitter’s Cottage both win thier categories in the Craven/Pamlico Parade of Homes!
- Zoning permits for the storage area and dog park were denied by the Town of Minnesott Beach. Waiting to get a clear direction from the Town about procedure for re-submittal.
- Bid recieved and approved for the dog park. Project “on hold” pending Town approval.
- Pickleball starts back up, Thursdays at 9:00. Check hootboard for additional details.
- Another letter submitted to the Town addressing proposed changes to the Town ordinances.
- Arlington Place hosts 1200 cyclists at our Welcome Center pit-stop for Cycle NC. A HUGE thank you to all of the neighborhood volunteers, the day would not have been a success without you!
- The Sizemore’s lot 81 is cleared and prepped for construction of their beautiful new home, we can’t wait to have Wright and Ellen as full time neighbors at 41 Willow Cove Lane!
- Burton Village pool passes in spection with flying colors….official open date is May 1.
- Arlington Place will be hosting a 5K Color Fun Run to benefit Pamlico County High School on May 6th and the Mariner 5K to benefit the Pamlico Christian Academy on May 13th. Email us for more information, info@arlington place.com.
- We will once again be offering water aerobics at the clubhouse. This year, the classes will be June, July and August in the mornings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Stay tuned for more details.
