- Welcome to the neighborhood Corey, Heather and Carver Harrison. The Harrison family just moved into their brand new home on Wild Cherry Lane…we love the double decker front porches!
- Welcome to the neighborhood Anthony & Nichole Monteleon… and big sister Charlie, big brother August and new baby Max! The Monteleon family are the new owners of homesite 64 on Brier Wood Court.
- Gate installed on the farm road to the beach and the owner code is 9833. We had a few uninvited guests and decided the best way to prevent this was to gate off the road.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Bob and Laura Poniatowski and mama Mary. The Poniatowskis are the new owners of the Southern Charm home next to the clubhouse and we hope they are settling in nicely!
- Arlington Place will be a sponsor for the 2019/2020 Pamlico Girls on the Run program.
- New umbrellas ordered for the pool deck.
- Gate house roof leak repaired, sheet rock repaired and repainted. Blinds ordered.
- AP signs on to participate in the Pamlico/Craven Parade of Homes held on October 26th and 27th. The beautiful Beacon Home will be featured in this year’s parade.
- Homesites 314 and 315 go under contract on Sailmaker Loop.
- Model home design approved, to likely be constructed on homesite #267.
- Arlington Place will be on the September agenda for the Minnesott Beach Planning Board meeting to discuss the town taking ownership of a section of Burton Farm Road (main road before the gates). This will allow us to keep our safety signage in place.
- Street light locations on Brightleaf Drive, Golden Fern Lane and Morning Glory Drive mapped out with Tideland Electric.
