Craven Arts Council & Gallery is seeking submissions for our new DownEast Youth Film Scholarship, OPEN NOW! This program seeks to promote interest and careers in the field of film making, by providing recipients with money to support the purchase of equipment or other needs related to the creation of films. Applicants will be challenged to create an original film between five and thirty minutes in length, to showcase their ability and vision.
