- deliverables prepped for April Neighborhood Open House
- 2012 dues and POA meeting minutes mailed to owners
- print ad and internet banner ads reserved for Neighborhood Open House marketing
- meeting with Minnesott Beach Mayor about dry stacks
- Arlington Place is zoned as Residential Mixed Use (RMU) and dry stack storage is permissible under RMU town guidelines. County Land Use Plan will still need amendment for final approval of Arlington Harbor dry stack storage.
