- Outfitter’s Cottage C under contract
- Bridge ordered for riverfront
- Inner Banks Vacations website under construction
- Winter landscaping con’t – mowing, underbrushing, grasses cut back
- Gazebo designed for park in front of clubhouse
- Town and county permits obtained for gazebo
- Septic permit designed for lot 62 for the next 3 Outfitters Cottages
- Spring race event planning, March 22nd 5K and April 26th Triathlon
