- kayak launch install on Mill Creek dock by the Outfitter’s Center
- on site storage area fenced and gated off Burton Farm Road
- spring landscaping, pinestraw, trimming, mowing
- Arlington Place neighborhood wine club starts
- riverfront clean-up proposal approved and work started
- riverfront beach proposal approved and site work started
- spring event landscaping proposal approved
- Arlington Place hosts the Arapahoe Charter School Spring Fling 5K
- Contract signed for construction of park gazebo
- Castaway Cottage to be featured in the Parade of Homes held on April 26-27 and May 3-4
- Prep for April events: Cycle NC, Oriental Boat Show, Set Up Cup Triathlon, Arlington Place Sprint Tri and Parade of Homes
