July 2017 Neighborhood Update
- The Sugar Shack at 956B Mill Creek Drive goes under contract.
- Neighborhood Fourth of July party held at the clubhouse….another fun event!
- Owner sign painting project: please email Peyton@arlingtonplace.com for more details if you don’t already have a sign.
- Summer underbrushing continues throughout the neighborhood.
- New umbrellas for clubhouse pool.
- Revised master plan to include the dog park and storage area was approved by the Town of Minnesott Beach.
- With this approval, dog park and storage area power project can now proceed.
- Bids for lake in Phase 2 area were received. Bids were considerably higher than anticipated and budgeted, so we are working with engineers and contractors on a way to bring costs down.
- The Parkview home at 88 Wild Swan Lane has new owners….welcome to the neighborhood Frank and MaryAnn Moore!
- Homesite 405 closes at 99 Brightleaf Drive.
- Homesite 200 goes under contract, we’re looking forward to having the Balsly’s as neighbors in the near future!
- Town of Minnesott Beach holds special planning board and Commissioners meetings to review requested supporting documentation for cottage plats 62, 62A, and 62E…the Outfitters Cottage lots.
- Final approval of the cottage plats was given at the July 27th special Commissioners meeting.
- Riverfront home site 304 at 1050 W Burton Farm Drive goes under contract.
- Barnhill Contracting to start preparation of top coat paving throughout Burton Village, lots 1 through 138. Actual Paving to take place early August. Owners will be notified of details through Hootboard.com.
