June 2017 Neighborhood Update
- Water Aerobics starts at the clubhouse, Monday-Wednesday-Friday @ 9:00
- Pickleball starts on the courts, Tues & Thurs @ 8:00
- The Parkview Home at 88 Wild Swan Lane goes under contract
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the Sugar Shack and Reel’n in the Years Cottages located at 956 Mill Creek Drive.
- Homesite 275 at 656 W. Burton Farm Drive goes under contract
- Street lights installed from Burton Farm Drive to the boat ramp
- Master Plan update “tabled” until July at the June Minnesott Beach Commissioner’s Meeting. Dog park and electricity to storage area still on hold pending Town approval.
- Commissioners determined that our Cottage Plats need to go through the Major Subdivision process to comply with their ordinances.
- The Blisswood Cottage at 53 West Point Court goes under contract.
- New paddleboards and kayaks purchased for owner use
- Paddleboard and kayak rack built at the boat ramp
- New grill for clubhouse
- Lot 405 at 99 S. Brightleaf Drive goes under contract
- Lot 276 at 674 W. Burton Farm Drive goes under contract
- Summer season underbrushing throughout neighborhood
- Neighborhood Annual July 4th party scheduled for Sunday, July 2nd
