- Neighborhood Pool Party & BBQ held on July 1st. Great time as always with neighbors catching up, swimming and chowing down on fresh shrimp! Thanks to the 75-ish neighbors that joined in on the fun.
- Road paving: top coat of asphalt installed by Barnhill Contractors in the lower area of the neighborhood, from the gate house to lot 408.
- Work on the shoulders of the newly paved roads begins. This will continue for another week or so (weather permitting).
- New property directional and speed limit (25) signs installed
- Pickleball is held on the tennis courts Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8-10…everyone is welcome!

- Riverfront beach clean-up held on the 16th. Huge thank you to the 25 neighbors that showed up to lend a helping hand. We created 3 rock jetties, spaced 50 feet apart. There’s still more rocks to add to the jetties so please help with the continued clean up so we can all enjoy this permanent waterfront amenity. Just throw rocks into the piles (they’re permitted to go 25′ waterward) or rake, or pull weeds….whatever you’re in the mood to help out with is much appreciated!
- Welcome to the neighborhood Michael & Johanna Grant. The Grant family from Trumbull, CT are the new owners of homesite 77, next to the boardwalk.

- Certificate of Occupancy received for the MacMahon’s new home on homesite 153. Welcome home guys, can’t wait to have you here full time!
- Beaver dam broken up behind lot 139 to improve marsh drainage.
