- Pilings set next to the pool for shade sail installation.
- Construction begins on the Harrison’s new home down Wild Cherry Lane, homesite 95.
- Arlington Place sponsors Girls on the Run for the 2018/2019 school season.
- Most fields are under-brushed….remaining areas to be under-brushed in September.
- Replacement pool lounger slings installed…thanks to the neighbors that helped! (More replacements will be ordered this winter on the 2019 budget and installed before the 2019 pool season.)
- An official welcome to the neighborhood for Dennis and Mary Balsly! They received their certificate of occupancy for their pretty new home on Brightleaf Drive. We’re loving your color combo and that turquoise door!
- Shoulder work continues on the edges of the newly paved areas in the neighborhood.
- Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for September 11th. Please email an AC member if you have any questions, concerns or ideas that you would like added to the agenda. Email addresses for members found HERE.
- A police report was filed on 8/21 for break in and vandalism at the clubhouse. On 8/24, the suspects were caught and brought into the sheriffs office. Suspects were local minors and confessed to multiple counts of trespassing, breaking and entering, larceny and vandalism. On 8/27, the Advisory Committee, as representatives for the neighbors, decided to press charges against the laws that were broken and let the court system determine the outcome.
- Additional security measures will be discussed at the AC meeting on 9/11.
- We did a master re-set of gate codes on 8/27. If you have not yet sent in your gate code, please email peyton@arlingtonplace.com with your new, unique, 4 digit gate code.
- Homes are now under construction on lots 40, 95, 157, 206, 274, 304, 323 and 373.
