  • Thanks to those who came out to celebrate with us on July 4th, and a special thanks to the Brant Island Strings band for the awesome entertainment!  The event was a bit different this year of course given current restrictions, but we for sure made the most of it and had a great time.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood to the Cantifino family!  Josh & Talinn are moving into true ‘Southern Comfort‘ on Pintail Drive.
  • The Creekside Outfitter’s Cottage goes under contract, lot 62
  • Homesite 211 on Brightleaf Drive goes under contract.
  • Homesite 243 closes and will be the future site for the Bellamy Way model home by Coastal Heritage Construction.
  • AP Master Plan with an updated future development area is submitted to the Town of Minnesott Beach commissioners.  The plan will be reviewed for approval at the August planning board and commissioner’s meetings.
  • The Brackish Outfitter’s Cottage goes under contract, lot 62A
  • Temporary use of golf carts on the multi-use trails approved by declarant.  See details HERE.
  • Reminder: the pool opened under new guidelines which will be in place until further notice
    • pool furniture removed, bring your own chairs
    • bathrooms and ‘touch points’ sanitized multiple times a day
    • designated entry and exit gates
    • owners and guest must sign waiver before amenity use
    • read and follow rules on posted signage
    • the clubhouse, fitness room and playground remain closed
  • Summer under-brushing begins
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Frank and Vicky Ostmann!  The Ostmann’s are the new owners of homesite 205 on Brightleaf Drive and will be breaking ground soon on their new custom home with Cutler Construction.
  • The Harley Lane model home on Burton Farm Drive goes under contract (again).
  • Plan for re-opening Pamlico County schools (including ACS) is announced: children will be split into two groups with Group A attending in-person school on Mondays and Tuesdays and group B attending on Thursdays and Fridays.  The out-of-classroom days will be virtual learning.  Social distancing and sanitization rules as set out by the state will be followed.
  • The office remains open staffed with one person daily.  We ask that you call, text or email when possible.
