- Big WiFi news from Century Link who always comes with a disclaimer… their techs and service are wonderful and customer service is a nightmare. It looks like we can now bypass customer service with their new Quantum system for new accounts. You just go to q.com, enter your address and follow the prompts. They now have 1 gig as their standard service for neighborhoods with fiber optics, according to them “blazing fast”. It does sound a little too good to be true but if this works it will be a game changer for new installs!
