- Neighborhood July 4th party is back on this year! Brant Island Strings will be playing at the Burton Village Pool & Clubhouse this Sunday from 4:00-7:00. Please bring your own snacks and drinks and/or items that can be individually picked up to share, or whatever else you’re comfortable with. See you soon!

- Homesite 190 goes under contract.
- Street sign project is underway! Signs are currently in production and will be installed when received. As mentioned, the stop signs will be quite a bit larger. Even though we prefer the smaller ones aesthetically, the larger ones bring us to compliance with current signage regulations.
- EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse. An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event. Events for community organizations supported by AP and owners in AP will be allowed on a case by case basis.
