    • Thanks to all who came out to the July 4th party on July 2nd and a special thank you to Brant Island Strings for the awesome entertainment!
    • The interactive site map on our website was updated with new satellite imagery, from October 2022 to be exact.  The old aerial imagery was from 2019 and the neighborhood has changed just a bit since then 😉  Check it out HERE.
    • Lot 35 goes under contract.
    • Lot 130 sold and closed.
    • Lot 228 goes under contract.
    • Lot 332 goes under contract.
    • Lots 177 + 178 sold and closed.

    • New kayaks ordered.
    • Waterfront AP sign installed on the corner of the Neuse River and Mill Creek.
    • New AP koozies, coffee cups, license plates and AP Crew decals are available at the office.
    • We have AP t-shirts in a few styles available for a $10 donation to the Partnership for Pamlico Children.  We have various kid sizes and adult but we’re out of Smalls and XXL.  Stop in the welcome center to pick them up!
    • Homes currently under construction on homesites: 6, 25, 45, 66, 137, 155, 269, 301, 334, 346, 349, 353, 379, and 382 with 5 more starting soon!

  • Our wifi provider is Brightspeed.  We have been advised to use the website, not the 800 number, which is  q.Brightspeed.com.  Everyone can upgrade to the gigabit service with the new equipment.
  • Email peyton@arlingtonplace.com if you need an invite to join our private neighborhood message board on NextDoor.com.  Edit your notification settings if you’re getting too many emails.
  • IT TAKES A VILLAGE: AP is HUGE and we can’t be everywhere at once.  We often get messages about minor issues and would love if neighbors could help out with the little stuff.  So many of you are already doing this and we appreciate it more than you know, but we’d love everyone to pitch in.  Of course, there are many things that we’d never ask/expect you to take care of and for those things, an email can be sent to an Advisory Committee member.  Thanks in advance!!!
  • EVENTS: only owner events will be allowed at the pool/clubhouse.  An owner can no longer sponsor an event for someone else, it must be their personal event.  Event schedule will be posted on the events CALENDAR.  Event form can be found in the document library in the owner section.
  • PICKLEBALL: will be played this month on the tennis courts, weather permitting.  Have questions or want to join?  Email Dennis: dgbalsly@msn.com
  • AMENITIES USE: all guests, friends, family of owners MUST BE accompanied by an owner to use AP amenities.
