November 2012 Community Update
- Outfitter’s Cottages and Master Plan received unanimous final approval from the Town of Minnesott Beach Planning Board at their 11/1 meeting.
- Winter landscaping at amenities and Welcome Center
- Outfitter’s Cottages and Master Plan received unanimous final approval from the Town of Minnesott Beach Board of Commissioners at their 11/13 meeting.
- Building and septic permits obtained for lot 62E
- 2013 HOA budgets drafted
- HOA Board meeting held on 11/26; 2013 budgets, unpaid dues, property updates, balance sheet, reserve fund
- 2013 vendor contracts updated and negotiated
- Outfitter’s Cottage #1 begins construction
- Annual HOA meeting scheduled for 1/8/13, letters including a proposed budget will be sent to owners before Christmas
- Revised and balanced 2013 HOA budgets submitted
- Jenkins brothers will be constructing the Seagull Cottage on homesite 115
- New Outfitters Cottage campaign launched to include a new 1200 square foot option
