October 2012 Community Update
- Trails cut through woods and fields
- Water and power hooked up and operational at Mill Creek Community Docks
- Contracts signed for winter 2013 Live South Shows: Philadelphia January 26-27, DC February 16-17 and Northern NJ March 2-3
- Town Commissioners meeting on proposed Outfitter’s Cottages at Arlington Place: review of AP letter and closed session with town attorney. Request to submit updated Master Plan to reflect single and multi-family homesites as well as property improvements as they exist today.
- Updated Master Plan and submitted to town for review at November meetings: Town Planning Board meeting is 11/1 and Commissioner meeting is 11/13.
- Builder meetings for new model homes
- Social media photo contest launched on Facebook
- Storm prep and minor clean up from hurricane Sandy. No damage to report.
