- New clubhouse exterior lights installed.
- Donations made by owners fund a “thank you” dinner for our area first responders on October 15th. Gary catered prime rib and sides and a special thanks to Penny, Rose, Pam, Terri and Connie for the aMaZinG desserts! They were a very thankful and happy (and full) bunch! Thanks to all that donated to make this happen…you guys are awesome! We still have donation funds left over and now that the distribution center is closed, we will hold them for another worthy cause.
- Chairs and loungers added to the riverfront beach area…a little hidden gem that we are all loving.
- Debris removal APPROVED for Arlington Place. We’ve asked for a rough date but have not yet heard back.
- Gates installed on the entrance road to the storage area. Lock will be set soon and the code will be 9833, same as the rolling gate.
- Pool closed for the season…brrrr.
- Shoulder work on the newly paved areas is now finished. This completes the road paving projects for the neighborhood.
- Security cameras installed…more to come.
- 2019 vendor proposals received for review.
- Creekfront homesite 272 on West Point Court sold and closed!
- Team AP had an awesome showing at the Oriental Chili Cookoff on the 27th. Their Peach-Bourbon Chili got a 2nd place People’s Choice award and 3rd place from the judges. Thanks to Diane and team for cheffing up such deliciousness! Spring Chowder Cookoff anyone?
- New signs installed throughout the neighborhood replacing the ones that were damaged in the hurricane.
- Welcome to the newest future resident of Arlington Place, Bishop Anderson Conkwright! Proud parents Will and Julie are doing great adjusting to life as a threesome.
- The eventful month wraped up with a Halloween party at the clubhouse for the kiddos then trick-or-treating through the neighborhood. Pictures will be posted on the Facebook page. You guys sure know how to sugar spoil all the youngsters…too much fun!
