- Renter usage fee implemented on all 2019 AirBnB rentals. 3% of the rental rate will be paid directly to the POA earmarked for amenity maintenance.
- Annual POA meeting packages mailed to all owners.
- More rock added to ‘problem areas’ on the road accessing the riverfront beach.
- Defibrillator ordered for clubhouse. Instructional class for owners taught by Chris Murray will be held at the clubhouse on February 5th @ 10:00am.
- All new 2019 renter gate codes programmed.
- New 2019 marketing plans themed ‘It’s Good to be Home’ and ‘Love Where You Live’
- Volunteers are requested for an architectural and lifestyle photoshoot of your home to incorporate into the campaign. Nature’s Run and Chasing Sunsets will be our first homes featured. Who’s will be next??
- Homesite #156 goes under contract.
- Realtor continuing education courses held at the clubhouse.
- Poles and banner removed from neighborhood entrance…couldn’t keep them straight!
- Order place for 10 new pool lounger slings.
- Spectrum cable says the DO plan to install lines throughout AP this spring with a completion date of Memorial Day. We will keep everyone posted on service options as it becomes available.
- Annual POA meeting held at the clubhouse on Friday January 18th. The meeting was well attended and information was shared about the POA budgets, 2018 recap and 2019 plans. You can find the meeting minutes here.
- We found seriously cool old Pamlico County history books. If anyone would like to check them out, I’ll put them on the bookshelf at the clubhouse.
- Advisory Committee meeting held on January 30th. Minutes will be posted on the February neighborhood update.
