- Thanks to all that came out for our annual July 4th neighborhood party. So much fun as always!
- The Southern Charm home on homesite #123 goes under contract.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Jeff & Trish Lowe! The Lowes are the new owners of the Horizon House on Brightleaf Drive.
- Homesite #64 goes under contract.
- Future development and new marina layout presented to the Town of Minnesott Beach Planning Board.
- Split rail fencing repaired/replaced throughout the neighborhood.
- The Ostmann family gets a bigger yard…they are now the owners of neighboring lot #207.
- Clubhouse, gazebo and Outfitter’s Center pressure washed.
- Revised future development layout drafted with Quible Engineering.
- At the suggestion of the DOT, Arlington Place has requested that Minnesott Beach take over ownership of the ‘state maintained’ portion of Burton Farm Road, which will allow AP to keep the necessary safety signage in place.
- The Town has asked for a map outlining the section of road as well as a maintenance agreement that Arlington Place will continue to maintain the rights of way.
- This will likely be presented at the August MB Planning Board meeting.
- Advisory Committee meeting held on July 22nd. Read the meeting minutes HERE.
- Outfitter’s Center ceiling repainted and railings/screens/doors repaired.
- Welcome to the neighborhood Jeffery Watkin and Martine Vagnier! Jeff and Martine are the new owners of homesite #386 on Pretty Loop.
- 5 kayaks repaired and 2 new kayaks purchased.
- Permits received for construction of a new model home on lot 42.
- Gate ordered to be installed on the farm road to the beach area.
- Mack daddy toaster oven purchased for the clubhouse… largest we could find.
- New umbrellas ordered for the clubhouse.
- Remember to stock or help yourself to the new library in the clubhouse!
