  • Construction begins on the Harley Lane model home on lot 267.
  • New monthly gate codes set.  Please contact the office if you need an updated code.
  • We now have an event form for owners which is posted in the Document Library in the owners section and linked HERE.
  • 2020 AP POA budgets finalized.
  • Annual meeting packages mailed and emailed to all owners. Please email peyton@arlingtonplace.com if your addresses or contact information has changed.
  • Homesite 195 goes under contract.
  • Advisory Committee meeting held on January 6th, minutes found HERE.
  • Homesite 109 goes under contract.
  • Thanks to those of you who joined us for the Annual POA meeting on January 16th.  We had a full house and a very productive meeting.  Meeting minutes found HERE.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Tony & Cathy Morehead!  The Morehead family are the new owners of homesites 110 & 111 on Wild Swan Lane.  The Moreheads already own the 4E’s Cottage as a second home and we’re excited that they’ve decided to put down roots in AP when they retire!
  • Per a suggestion at the annual meeting, a new defibrillator housing box has been mounted at the clubhouse close to the front door.  This will give everyone easy access to the defibrillator, and it is in plain site of a security camera.
  • Homesite 261 goes under contract.
  • Annual realtor classes held at the clubhouse.
  • Property signs and owner car stickers ordered.
  • 336 Wild Swan Lane closes, new owners Mike and Connie King just got a bigger yard!
  • Onsite engineer meetings to evaluate road maintenance options.
  • Tideland mobilized in the neighborhood to finally install the back-ordered streetlights down Brightleaf Drive and Golden Fern Lane.
  • Welcome to the neighborhood Craig and Barbara Peterson.  The Petersons are the new owners of 50 Palm Court and will be building on their beautiful lot next to the boardwalk soon!
