- Neighborhood July 4th celebration scheduled for Saturday from 4:00-7:00
- Brant Island Strings will be playing another drive-in concert for the event!
- As of now, it’s looking like everyone will have to bring what they would like to eat and drink. We will have things like individually packaged chips, drinks, etc. We are looking into other food options and will post on Hootboard if anything changes.
- Of course the event will look different this year. We will try to set up everything so it’s spread out as much as possible. Please follow social distancing rules. If you are not comfortable joining us, we will miss you but of course completely understand.
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the Southern Comfort model home on Pintail Drive, lot 342.
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the Harley Lane model home on W. Burton Farm Drive, lot 267.
- Certificate of Occupancy received for the Brynnview custom home on Mill Creek Drive, lot 133.
- All amenities have now been pressure-washed including the docks and sports courts. We were very pleased with the service and recommend Jeff Roberts for any pressure washing needs, 252-229-3851
- Reminder: the pool opened under new guidelines which will be in place until further notice:
- pool furniture removed, bring your own chairs
- bathrooms and ‘touch points’ sanitized multiple times a day
- designated entry and exit gates
- owners and guest must sign waiver before amenity use
- read and follow rules on posted signage
- Clubhouse, fitness room and playground remain closed
