August 2015 Community Update
- Boat ramp bid received from marine contractor
- Event prep for the Mariner 5K and the OPTI Championship dinner, both held at Arlington Place on September 19th
- The Brackish Outfitter’s Cottage goes under contract
- Certificate of Occupancy recieved on residence, built by Stuart Hardy, on lot 191.
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Freddie & Penny Wilson who moved into their brand new home at 174 N. Brightleaf Drive!
- Meeting with contractor to bid and build two trails: one that connects the neighborhoods and has a 300+ foot bridge over the marsh and another that connects Burton Farm Rd with Mill Creek Dr.
- The Beaufort Cottage goes under contract.
- bids recieved for trails and boardwalks
- new owner signs, cottage signs installed
- replacement entrance banners and street light banners installed
