- Annual HOA meeting at Burton Village Clubhouse on January 14th
- Proposal and funding approved for a gazebo in the park across from the clubhouse
- Arlington Place represented at the Raleigh, NC Ideal Living real estate expo
- Proposal and funding approved for neighborhood gates, to be installed spring 2014
- On-site storage culvert installed
- Outfitter’s Cottages B&C break ground
- 2014 Marketing proposal and budgets approved
- Proposal and funding approved for trails and landscaping
- Inner Banks Vacations, preferred rental property management firm for Arlington Place, facebook page launched
- Dues invoices and meeting minutes mailed to Arlington Place owners
- Winter landscaping – fields underbrushed and mowed
- On-site dirt: Approval for dirt to be removed from an on-site pit and trucked to other on-site areas for consturction fill
- Swale stabilization and maintenance alongside Arlington Place roads
- Arlington Place named as host site for Arapahoe Charter School 5K event on March 21st at 3:30
