- Fourth Annual Arlington Place Triathlon held at the clubhouse
- Outfitters Cottage plan approved by the MinnesottBeach Commissioners but denied by the planning board.

- Outfitters Cottages redesigned to add 40 additional heated square feet and front porches connected to qualify for multi-family zoning.

- Garage construction begins on Beaufort Cottage
- 5th Supplemental Declaration outlining ownership, use, HOA structure and maintenance covenants for the Outfitters Cottages approved and recorded
- first boats dock at the Mill Creek Community Docks
- plans underway for an event at Arlington Place on September 22nd in conjunction with Camp Seagull for the Southeast OPTI Champoinship (youth sailing race)
