- Burton village pool inspected and OPEN for the season

- Arlington Place signs on to be a platinum sponsor for the 2012 South East OPTI Championship – youth sailing competition that will be held at camp Seagull September 21st – 23rd.
- Arlington Place to host a social event for the parents, AP owners and guests of the OPTI race on the evening of September 22nd.
- Outfitter’s Cottages marketed for construction
- dry stack storage unanimously APPROVED by the Pamlico County Board of Commissioners
- Pamlico County Youth Triathlon team starts practice at Arlington Place
