September 2012 Community Update
- Welcome to the neighborhood, Mark & Sandra Prescott, new owners of homesite 12
- Lights and water installed at Mill Creek Community Docks
- Sea Legs Social event marketing and invitations sent
- New fall marketing campaigns launched
- Outfitter’s Cottage presentation to the town Commissioners. Commissioners did not vote on approval due to new information about ordinances. Letter submitted to commissioners about AP’s understanding of ordinances. Next town meeting scheduled for October 9th.

- New street and owner signs installed
- New promotional materials
- The Sea Legs Social, held at the Arlington Place clubhouse, had over 200 guests on the evening of September 22nd. The social was part of the USODA Southeast Championship weekend hosted by Camp Seagull and Arlington Place was a platinum sponsor.
- CAMA Major Modification Permit Application sent for proposed construction of two dry stack storage buildings that hold up to 230 boats of various sizes.
